Client Dilemma
Our client's legacy software wasn't keeping up with company growth. They decided the best way to ensure a more dynamic, reliable, intuitive and user-friendly operating system was to migrate to Microsoft technology from their current enterprise network system. The client needed skilled contract technology professionals to complete the migration.

Our consultants worked as a group with the client to ensure that the migration to a Microsoft platform was completed as quickly as possible. They were able to help organize the team and helped keep the project on track and on budget.

Once in place, the Robert Half Technology team consisted of 51 IT specialists who assisted as follows:

• 35 were placed on the client's Help Desk, fielding calls as users converted to the new system
• 9 were part of the User Provisioning Team, granting rights and access
• 6 were placed in the Field Services Group, responsible for ensuring that the conversion process went smoothly at each branch
• 1 Senior SAN consultant was placed to oversee the entire conversion

Client's Return on Investment
Our client reported that the conversion to the Microsoft Network Operating System was successfully accomplished on time and well within budget.
