Recruiting Manager

As a Robert Half Technology Recruiting Manager, you will leverage your proven recruiting and/or technical background to identify key talent and manage the recruiting process. Additionally, you will need to source candidates through our existing database, contacts and advertising campaigns as well as your own direct recruiting practices. You will manage the Internet-based recruitment process based on changing priorities and client needs, meet with candidates to evaluate their skills and understand their job preferences, and contact peers and supervisors to determine a candidate's suitability to support and resolve specific client needs. Account Executive

Robert Half Technology is seeking an Account Executive with demonstrated success in business development, negotiation, communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced business environment. The Account Executive reports to the Division Director and is primarily responsible for the following:

  • Develop and grow a client base.
  • Use proven business development skills and/or technical background to develop and grow own client base by marketing our services for contract and/or full-time staffing solutions.
  • Make telephone sales calls and conduct in-person meetings with key managers to senior-level executives, for the purpose of promoting our services to prospective clients and building on existing client relationships.
  • Recruit, interview and place highly skilled IT professionals.
  • Solidify Robert Half Technology's presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations and events.
  • Contact supervisors to determine candidates' suitability to support and resolve specific client needs.
  • Strategize with teammates to accomplish weekly business growth goals.

Division Director

The person in this role will possess a strong work ethic and high sense of urgency. The Division Director reports to the Branch Manager and is primarily responsible for the following:
Leadership:

  • Provide motivation and direction to the staffing professionals he/she manages.
  • Incremental growth of divisional revenue consistent with RHI targets.
  • Work with Branch and Regional Management to develop the division's production and performance goals.
  • Active participation in the recruitment and hiring of internal staff.
  • Supervise the administrative functions of the office.
Develop and grow a client base.
  • Use background to develop and grow own client base by marketing our services for a variety of information technology roles.
  • Conduct telephone and in-person meetings with individuals ranging from key managers to senior-level executives, for the purpose of marketing our services to prospective clients and building on existing client relationships.
  • Recruit, interview and place highly skilled information technology professionals.
  • Solidify Robert Half Technology's presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations and events.
  • Provide the highest quality customer service to both clients and candidates.
